- 4 / 5By jon friendI always stay there when in Perth, I feel very comfortable at at home, The reception staff are first class, as are the staff at breakfast , dinner & high tea. There is no lift but staff will help to lug bags up the stairs. I have one criticism ,costing a 5th star, and that is the the bedroom doors bang shut and incoming neighbours will wake one when returning to their room. If there can be no installation of door buffers please consider a sign requesting quiet closing of doors, Other than that, I recommend the hotel highly.December 22, 2016
